Vue 3 Renderer for a2ui (Proposal & Ownership)

I noticed that Vue support is already listed in the a2ui roadmap
under the "Proposed" section.

I would like to take ownership of implementing a Vue 3 renderer
aligned with the existing architecture used for Lit, Angular,
and Flutter.

Planned approach:

• Vue 3 Composition API
• Render-function based (h) implementation
• No Vue-specific logic in core
• Feature parity with existing renderers
• Demo app using Vite + Vue 3

Before starting implementation, I’d like to confirm:

1. Whether maintainers prefer this as an in-repo renderer or a
   community-linked package initially
2. Any architectural constraints I should strictly follow
3. Whether partial PRs (skeleton → features) are acceptable

Happy to iterate based on feedback and maintain the Vue renderer
long-term.
