Reduce Latency for Starting a new Session

I'm trying to build an agentic assistant using the Gemini live models, but every time a wake word is detected, the session creation time takes quite a while, especially when working with MCPs. Is there a way to prewarm this connection/pre-initialize the agent and tools beforehand that can make the session start instantly?

I've worked with the raw Gemini Live API in the past, and the session latency seemed to be much lower.
