Is the polar.com domain owned by Google?

I noticed the domain polar.com is listed but it does not appear to be owned by Google. It seems to be owned by Finnish company Polar Electro Oy. I think the domain may have been added because in 2014 Google acquired an opinion polling company called Polar but the site at the domain today appears to have no relation.

Can I get confirmation this is within Google's scope?
