Description
Problem
As a user, it is inconvenient to install, update, and use bundletool on Windows.
A package manager installation option would greatly help this.
Solution
I'd like bundletool to be added to the Scoop package manager.
There's an excellent example of prior art in google-java-format. It's also just a jar file that comes from Google. You can find it on the Scoop - Apps page. The google-java-format.json file itself is very straightforward, and there's a guide on the Scoop homepage on the simple process of creating a package.
Alternatives
I note that Homebrew is already supported for Mac.
I investigated Chocolatey, but it's got issues that make it less developer friendly.
I noticed that there's a previous feature request for WinGet support. My experiences with WinGet have been mixed at best.
