Use 'note' role instead of 'alert'

Hi @orangecms 👋🏻 Thanks for point this out! Let me create an issue to track this. I feel that we need a more nuanced solution that what is proposed here.

Some uses of callouts fit (IMO) the complementary from ARIA. The usual way to do that is with an <aside> element, which I think is actually OK for some ways people use callouts.

For others, I would use note even if the note is important. I don't think I'd want a screen reader to read the warning from half way down a pager earlier than the content that puts it in context (for example).

Yea that makes sense. Citing from https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Accessibility/ARIA/Reference/Roles/complementary_role :

The complementary landmark role is used to designate a supporting section that relates to the main content, yet can stand alone when separated. These sections are frequently presented as sidebars or call-out boxes. If possible, use the HTML <aside> element instead.

I would prefer to keep it more general. Just coming from the Markdown idea again, I would not assume the standalone property to generally hold true.
