What can I do if I don't receive feedback on pull requests?

Some time ago, I have opened two pull requests:

#3991

There was an issue with signing the CLA that took us some time to figure out. However this issue is resolved since Oct 2022 and I haven't been able to get any response since then. I'd really like to proceed with the PRs. Which means either get more feedback about things I still need to do/change, get them merged or get them rejected.

I'd appreciate any help/advice.
