@gino-m How did we create PAT (personal access token) for the extension? I wanted to confirm the read/write permissions granted to the token. It looks like only organization owners (in this case google.com) has rights to do it.

I don't have permissions to update the firebase extension configs. Could you please try creating a new PAT and updating the extension with it? The PAT needs both read and write access (as mentioned here https://extensions.dev/extensions/htsuruo/trigger-github-issues-from-crashlytics)

@rfontanarosa and I set up the extension and PAT yesterday. I triggered a crash today, but the Extension's logs still report an error on newFatalIssue:
