Accept EMSGSIZE in native run for RawPacketMsgSizeTest.SpliceTooLong.

This behavior was fixed in 2dc334f1a63a8 ("splice, net: Use
sendmsg(MSG_SPLICE_PAGES) rather than ->sendpage()"), Linux 6.5.
