Missing "MotionChart" ChartPackage

Currently there is no way to load the MotionChart via the ChartLoader API 
because it is missing from the Enums. 

Either add "MotionChart" to the enums or make the constructor public so it is 
possible to load custom charts.

I added both a MotionChart class as well as the mising enum value to the ChartPackage.
I can create a pull request.
