Chrome on iOS 16 not displaying AR button #3979

I have tested on iOS 16.1 and 16.1.1, and Chrome 107 and 108 and the AR button doesn't show. I have read some bug reports on this topic but I didn't find any fix or solution for this. Is there a solution/fix that I am missing? |

iOS16 changed how AR feature detection worked in browsers other than Safari. As a result, you'll need to be using a newer version of ModelViewer (2.0.0 and up) to include this fix (#3784). |

Right. 2.0.0 or any of the 2.x.x releases since then. But make sure you're aware of the breaking changes in 2.0.0 and if they will impact your needs: https://github.com/google/model-viewer/releases/tag/v2.0.0 |
