Character position problem with respect to the rectangle #4291

Hi I just started using Model-viewer and it's great. I have encountered only one problem at the moment and I don't know how to fix it. It happens to me only with a couple of super Mario bros models taken from sketchfab, while with other models always taken from sketchfab they work great. The problem is that when I view in ar the rectangle sits well on the floor, but the model displays very tall. His shadow is placed well on the floor but the character is not. And I have no way to get it down, because the (placement) rectangle is already on the ground. How can I change this problem? Thanks in advance. |

The thing that drives me crazy is that all other models work. But I like this for the animation and texture HD. Maybe one thing I've noticed is that the problem might be with the animations done with Blender. Because other Mario models with jump animations but taken from mixamo work well. But the character has a bad texture .. LoL |

That'll only work in WebXR mode - to make it work in Quick Look as such you'll need to scale it in blender.
