support status for CentOS 7 in v9.11 and v9.12

In version v9.10, the file or-tools_amd64_centos-7_java_v9.10.4067.tar.gz was available, but it seems to be missing in versions v9.11 and v9.12.
Has it been removed?
If so, which file in v9.11 or v9.12 can be used as a replacement for or-tools_amd64_centos-7_java_v9.10.4067.tar.gz?
