Add a variant for ResumableAssertDebugTrap that takes a file+line as parameter. #2
Description
When using resumable asserts from Swift, there is no difference between disabling one or all asserts because all of them are using the gResumableAssertIsDisabled at ResumableAssert.m:26
It would be nice to be able to separately control the asserts from other languages too.
