Include user comments & tags in the "starred events" to forensic report (LLM) feature

Once #3332 is merged users will be able to go from the "starred events" view to a forensic report generated by an LLM based on the events that were starred, shown as a Story in Timesketch. Currently this report only sees the message and datetime. Including user comments and tags would improve the quality of the report.
