[FR] Update dependency to okhttp major version 5

This is a tracking FR to update GMA Next-Gen SDK's okhttp dependency to major version 5. Version 5.0.0 was released on July 2025 and is backwards incompatible with version 4.\

Risks of updating

• Other libraries like firebase-functions still depend on major version 4, causing inconsistencies for users using both of these libraries.
• OkHttp 5 requires Kotlin 2.2, while the GMA Next-Gen SDK still supports Kotlin 1.9.

Risks of not updating

• Anybody using other 3p libraries with OkHttp 5 are effectively blocked from using GMA Next-Gen SDK. Workaround is to continue to use play-services-ads.

Hi, just migrated to this next gen sdk, and got crashes because I use OkHTTP 5+. I was wondering, isn't it possible to somehow work around this by checking which version is in use with reflection or so and only calling code that is on okhttp4 or 5 with different code paths? Or not use code that is specific to 4 or 5? Or even do a dual release?

Since I use OkHTTP a bit sparingly and only the basics, for now I am fine to test with downgrading my okhttp dependency. But that's not a way forward I would say.
