[BUG] Standalone build fails due to invalid .asmdef files in Iron Source and Mintegral adapters

GoogleMobileAds.Mediation.Mintegral.Api.asmdef which is included in Any Platform file has a reference to GoogleMobileAds.Mediation.IronSource.Mediation.asmdef which is included only in Android, iOS, Editor.
This results in the following error when building the Standalone

Library\PackageCache\com.google.ads.mobile.mediation.mintegral@f8668ca4dd2d\source\plugin\Assets\GoogleMobileAds\Mediation\Mintegral\Api\Mintegral.cs(22,17): error CS0103: The name 'MintegralClientFactory' does not exist in the current context
Error building Player because scripts had compiler errors

Similarly the
GoogleMobileAds.Mediation.IronSource.Api.asmdef which is included in Any Platform file has a reference to GoogleMobileAds.Mediation.IronSource.Mediation.asmdef which is included only in Android, iOS, Editor.
This results in the following error when building the Standalone

Library\PackageCache\com.google.ads.mobile.mediation.ironsource@03ff74c0c473\source\plugin\Assets\GoogleMobileAds\Mediation\IronSource\Api\IronSource.cs(22,17): error CS0103: The name 'IronSourceClientFactory' does not exist in the current context
Error building Player because scripts had compiler errors

Also there is a file naming error.

The .asmdef file located in GoogleMobileAds/Mediation/Mintegral/Platforms/Mediation/GoogleMobileAds.Mediation.IronSource.Mediation.asmdef
Is called IronSource.Mediation.asmdef instead of Mintegral apparently someone just copy pasted the .asmdef file without renaming it.

How to replicate the issue?

Add the IronSource and Mintegral adapters and try to build the on stanadalone (Windows / Linux / MacOS)
