add Streamable HTTP transport to the server

add support for other mcp transport options

• stdio (only supported option currently)
• streamable-http
• sse (deprecated, so not needed)

Why do you need this feature?

I want to deploy this mcp in a kubernetes cluster and it will interact with other agents over http

gcloud is not inherently safe to run in parallel, which is the primary use-case being described for this feature request. This gcloud MCP server's current focus is to improve agent interactions with local gcloud instances - not providing a remote server solution.

Given that there is a workaround described above by DucretJe, we are not rushing into providing a Streamable HTTP solution yet. Please don't take this as a final decision, but I wanted to give an update that we won't be immediately prioritizing this feature as mentioned above.

I'm leaving this request open for a while to continue gathering feedback.
