clouderrorreporting: Missing bindings for location-specific endpoints

Currently it is not possible to access location specific Error Reports.

It seems like just feeding https://docs.cloud.google.com/error-reporting/reference/rest#discovery-document to the binding generator does all the work.

Currently we have run the generator ourselves.

I'm unclear about the problem being described.

If you're using cloud.google.com/go/errorreporting you should be able to specify location-specific endpoints when invoking https://pkg.go.dev/cloud.google.com/go/errorreporting#NewClient by using the WithEndpoint client option: https://pkg.go.dev/google.golang.org/api/option#WithEndpoint

Is this what you're referring to? If not, more details would help us understand the problem in more detail.
