The aiohttp extra requires google-auth >= 1.22.0, < 2.0dev, but the current version is 2.26.2.

Loosen the dependency bound to allow current versions of google-auth, fixing any incompatibilities that may (or may not) exist.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Require users of the aiohttp extra to stay on old versions of google-auth indefinitely.

With this minimal usage with Python 3.12.8:

import google.resumable_media

mypy a.py with mypy==1.17.1 doesn't start working until google-resumable-media>=2.7.1. Without that minimum version, mypy reports:

a.py:1:1: error: Skipping analyzing "google.resumable_media": module is installed, but missing library stubs or py.typed marker  [import-untyped]
    import google.resumable_media

However, due to #386 downpinning google-auth to v1, I can't actually pull in the latest google-resumable-media.

I guess, can the priority on this issue be bumped? Thank you in advance
