I think we should create issues for these downstream tests in respective repos instead of sdk-platform-java, as there is not much we can do here.

@sakthivelmanii Sorry for the late reply. I saw this as part of my last release rotation. I believe it was observed several times during that release, but I haven't been paying attention lately.
