Tflite Model Maker does not install in my Colab

Expected Behavior

I expect the tflite-model-maker to run and allow its importation but this is not the case. It runs, it exhausts all the memory as it throws an error of OS Error- need for more memory.

Actual Behavior

tflite-model-maker never runs successfully.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. I decided to downgrade my colab from python version 3.10.12 into 3.9, But this shift only allowed me to install the tflite-model-maker but never allowed me to import from tflite-model-maker from the proceeding commands.
