Improve Documentation + can't find bower.json

Please add instructions into this lab's Getting set up section. to clarify the directories into which the zip must be extracted and within which the command line instructions must be run.

E.G. (if this is true):
[after "...which contains a build pipeline and additional features. Now unzip the archive."]

1. Copy the contents of the unzipped archive into your project directory == PD.
2. cd into PD
3. run bower install
   ...

Also, please make a link to how to install all the command tools you require:

• bower
• npm
• gulp
• any more
