Error $ gulp serve - Bash on Ubuntu on Windows 10

Hi folks,
I am running on Bash on Ubuntu on Windows 10.
I get the following error when i get to $ gulp serve:

Do you folks test on Bash on Ubuntu on Windows 10? If you don't, which platforms do you test on? I will try to buy one of those.
