Auto-colapse "failed targets" portion of the dashboard #32

This list is going tokeep growing a lot for a while, as it is currently not my main goal to fix these. But it is useful to have the info anyway. Since it is not the most useful info for the daily work on fontc development, I think it should be put inside of a collapsible div and it should be collapsed by default, so that it won't bother everybody, but it would still be available whenever we want to take a look.
The reason why these won't be addressed so early is because these would require more carefully setting up their build system to run additional steps before gftools-builder (if needed, I can provide a more detailed explanation). It is something doable, but it is not really high priority. Right now I am focusing on increasing the total number of targets, even if it also increases the total number of broken builds like these ones. So let's partially hide them for now.
