Could Have: Open Google Drive links and parse files inside

**Could Have Feature**
Sometimes users receive sensor data files in a Google Drive. The frontend should be able to take in a Drive URL and send those files to the backend for parsing. This would simplify the need for the user to download the files, then upload them.
