Server is down, having issue to restart it

Hey guys, I'm trying to build the local server with the 'mvn' command but I'm getting error "Failed to run devappserver: com.google.cloud.tools.appengine.operations.cloudsdk.process.ProcessHandlerException: com.google.cloud.tools.appengine.AppEngineException: Non zero exit: 1 -> [Help 1]". Can anyone help restart the server (if possible) or reach out to me to provide some guidances?

I'm not sure if anyone else has resolved this issue yet, but I think since our internship ended, they might have done something with our Google Cloud projects. Maybe also if you didn't set the project ID with `gcloud config set project custom-routes-visualization? Let me know if there's anything I can do. My personal email is tarn.natalie@gmail.com

This is actually because I was asked to shut down all the intern GCP projects.

@tzhong92 You would need to create a new project on GCP and then deploy this there.
