chore(deps): bump tmp, @google/clasp and eslint

Removes [tmp](https://github.com/raszi/node-tmp). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [tmp](https://github.com/raszi/node-tmp), [@google/clasp](https://github.com/google/clasp) and [eslint](https://github.com/eslint/eslint). These dependencies need to be updated together.
