chore(deps): Bump node-forge, google-auth-library and googleapis

Removes [node-forge](https://github.com/digitalbazaar/forge). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [node-forge](https://github.com/digitalbazaar/forge), [google-auth-library](https://github.com/googleapis/google-auth-library-nodejs) and [googleapis](https://github.com/googleapis/google-api-nodejs-client). These dependencies need to be updated together.
