遅くなりましたが書きました！！
packageは、libにまとめた
- 大きく、server: API server とfortune: おみくじを引く機能がある。
- それぞれにテストを書いた。UnitTestを書きやすくするため、Drawerのinterfaceをつくり、Serverではこのinterfaceにのみ依存するように実装
endpoint
- localhost:8080/
- localhost:8080/twice
