Usage

$ chimgs <dir > -I=Jpeg -d=png

dir 未指定時にはerror終了します。
defaultは、jpegを見つけると.pngのファイルを追加作成します。
元のファイルは残したままです。

見ていただきたい点&実装での不足点

packageの分離はこの実装で正しいでしょうか？
ユーザ定義型の作成を行えませんでした。
GoDocが上手く生成されず自作packageが見えませんでした。
Error チェックを最低限しか行っていません。

作成時に気になったこと（課題に無関係

flag処理ができないPC環境があった、インストール時に環境がうまく作れていない？
