Query GPS signal precision #809

Is your feature request related to a problem or use case? Please describe.
At the lab, often record in valleys with bad reception, and we would like to have a warning for when the GPS signal precision goes over X meters.
Otherwise, we only find out when reviewing the telemetry data, days later, and have to either adjust manually or return and re-record.
Describe the solution you'd like.
I'd like a query request that gives back, in meters, the GPS signal precision.
And as a bonus, if possible, getting position data would be nice too (like it was requested from #106 )
