How can we have a component, like a View or an Image float above a bottom sheet and slide up / down / and close with it? The Getting Started page has an example of what this would look like with the cloud and 12 degrees:

Google Maps does something similar to show the speed limit. The speed limit slides up and down with the bottom sheet it sits above:

Here are the weather and maps links.

For the curious, GitHub keeps a historical record of file changes, so if a link is dead but the repo still exists, you can usually just update the link to use a specific commit hash that contains the file. Since this answer was posted on 2021-11-03, we can try a commit hash on/before that date (retrieved from here).
