Seach bar (which is hard to see) is non-intuitive to create a modpack instance #1637

- [ x] This is a Launcher issue. (Usually if you can reproduce it with a fresh instance)
Describe the bug
I took me more then an hour and re-downloading, reinstalling, and looking for you tube videos to realize the i needed to find the Hidden search bar next to the "+ sign" to install a modpack.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open he Launcher
- Observe that there is NO clear way to create an instance that will download a modpack
Expected behavior
A clear and concise tab or button or text in a visible "search" bar would be great
Possible solutions
Make the Search area more distinct and a simple text that said search for modpack
