This would be super useful guys. We're extracting the website code to discover the email addresses anyway. A simple string match on the extracted code would earn us a treasure trove of information eg. Website platform, marketing tech stack, third-party ads platform.

Can I write a plugin that'll complete this task?

I don't believe detecting the CMS, marketing stack and other information is as simple as adding simple string match. You need to check different strings in HTML and/or HTTP headers. This is definetely possible (other tools do that).
