Weather should be refreshed

The clock obviously gets recomputed and loaded every second but the weather doesn't get refreshed. There's already a mechanism in there for caching weather data for an hour so it would be nice to have a window.setTimeout download and refresh the weather once an hour in case the page is open for a long time.
