New conflict with Persistent Rotation/Persistent Rotation Upgraded on CKAN #15

I don't know what changed in PR/PR upgraded or your mod but there's now CKAN has found a conflict between the two mods, I presume the fastest way to fix this problem is to temporally remove the code that involve timewarp and reloads.
