Roll hold lost after going to SPC and back to vessel

After launching a crewed vessel I got full SAS control, prograde hold and roll hold.

Then I went back to SPC and after that back to the vessel, I could no more set roll hold, but only prograde (and retrograde) hold.

I found this in the log for one time:
