Initialise state and event sponsors

Create the structure and Frontmatter to better support these.

Sponsors ~ you need to make sure on each state and event page you can showcase state and event.sponsors.
E.g Premier sponsor have most prominent space. Would be great to set up vacant categories now and also have a short description thanking state and event sponsors and link to page on how to become a sponsor
record logo and web link for each sponsor category that they have currently got confirmed...i am assuming sponsor confirmation is managed through the sponsor sheet with jan..
At go live any confirmed sponsors who have given logo must be published.
(note state wide sponsors must show on all events located in a state.)
E.g
State awards ~show on a state page and all state events
Gold event would only show on event
Note:sponsor loading will get messy.
