Allow no additional resources

If I get it right, it is possible to ship without additional resources.

Thus, it should be possible to run the task without an existing directory:

  - Type 'org.gradlex.javamodule.packaging.tasks.Jpackage' property 'jpackageResources' specifies directory 'C:\git-repositories\JabRef\jabsrv-cli\src\main\resourcesPackage\windows' which doesn't exist.

Thank you for reporting. I agree that it should not fail if the folder does not exist.

Hope this can be solved without making too much compromises (gradle/gradle#2016).
