Support for Amazon Managed Grafana (AMG)

Problem

AMG's API does not include the /api/health endpoint.

Solution

@squadgazzz contributed a patch to enable using grafana-wtf with AMG:

• Fetch Grafana version from /api/frontend/settings grafana-wtf#144

The proposal is to use /api/frontend/settings for the same purpose, which works for both regular and AWS-managed Grafana versions.

Thoughts

It would be nice to bring this improvement to grafana-client in one way or another, in order to supply all of grafana-wtf, grafana-import, and grafana-snapshots-tools with the same canonical solution?

@bhks also suggested at grafana-toolbox/grafana-snapshots#7 (comment) that the /healthz endpoint of AMG could be used.

The update will be released with grafana-client 5.0.0, because the new response payload lacks the database field users may rely on. In this spirit, it's a minor but breaking change, also because the new endpoint /api/frontend/settings requires authentication.
