How to run clickhouse-datasource locally

Hello,

I'm trying to run this thing locally. I followed the steps in CONTRIBUTING.MD and this is what I have done so far

1. mage build:backend && mage reloadPlugin
2. npm run build
3. npm run server

After running npm run server, things seem to look good. I came into some trouble while trying to add the local ClickHouse datasource.

I think it is some authentication issue. Please let me know how to fix it. Thanks!
