Alerting - A time interval selector is needed

When you create a panel, you can select the time interval: 'Min interval'.

In an 'alert rule', the plugin gives us the 'Max data points' option, but nothing about the time interval.

It's possible to get round the problem with functions like 'toStartOfHour', but it would be much simpler to have the option.
