Sunset the design-system repo #170
Description
we've deprioritised investing in this in favour of improving existing things such as storybook. although people can still access via the direct https://grafana.com/developers/saga link, it is no longer linked from the main https://grafana.com/developers page anymore
as such, we should:
- transfer useful content to storybook
- liaise with plugins platform to figure out what we need to do (if anything) with the deployments
- now that it's no longer linked, can we just remove the repo? 🤔
- delete the repo
