How to configure Grafana lgtm stack to retain any data for logs , metrics, traces to be xx days

I have a requirement to store only last 90 days of data for logs , metrics and traces. With the current docker image is it possible pass these settings as part of docker run command without updating the respective config files with limits_config and compactor sections.

This is covered in detail in discussion #151 — it has a complete docker-compose example with volume mounts for custom Loki, Prometheus, and Tempo configs with 180-day retention.

There's also #982 open to add Prometheus retention as a built-in env var.
