[grafana] Grafana Cluster Role Issues #4079
Description
When installing the chart with the rbac.namespaced = true, a cluster role is still created in addition to the namespace specific role. This appears to contradict the documentation on the rbac.namespaced setting:
Creates Role and Rolebinding instead of the default ClusterRole and ClusteRoleBindings for the grafana instance
