Support for multiple environments/grafana-instances #384
Description
We have one grafana instance per environment, but this mcp-server can only connect to one grafana instance at a time, so if I am done working on the dev environment and want to switch to prod, because there is an issue or something, I have to manually reconfigure the mcp-server. Currently i have prebuilt configs for each instance and reconfigure the running mcp-server as i need it.
It would be extremely useful, if this mcp-server would support multiple environments at once (e.g. like the mcp-server for opensearch -> https://github.com/opensearch-project/opensearch-mcp-server-py/blob/main/USER_GUIDE.md#multi-mode-for-multiple-clusters) or allow the user to switch the targeted grafana-instance in a fast way.
