Provenance doesn't work with self-hosted runners #257
Description
It looks like provenance attestation doesn't work with self-hosted runners. The npm provenance had a similar issue.

Two possible solutions:
- Run the provenance attestation step on a github-hosted runner (can it still be considered valid provenance attestation?)
- Switch back to self-hosted runners
Worth checking with platform productivity as well.
