Support Datadog's waitHandle wait duration profiling

In dd-trace-dotnet 3.16.0, a wait handle profiler was added. It is invaluable to investigate thread pool starvation. See DataDog/dd-trace-dotnet#5814 for context.

Could you update the fork so we can use it through Pyroscope 🙏

I have no plans to work on this any time soon.
If you are a grafana labs customer, you may open a support ticket to prioritize this.

In the mean time I can suggest try/test (but not recommend, especially for continuous profiling or production profilin) to try using the genuine Datadog's profiler binaries from their repo instead of our fork and send data to this tiny proxy https://gist.github.com/korniltsev/e89dcbbf3c26394c258fe381e9c51279 (warning: the proxy is not well tested, not production ready, was written for testing purposes only, you may need to adjust/fix some things, specifically the dd's function name parser.)
