What is the configuration parameter for increasing active series?

Can someone point me on where we can adjust the limit for active series in the limits config? I got an error message pushing IngestInput-pprof failed resource_exhausted: Maximum active series limit exceeded (xxx/xxx), reduce the number of active streams (reduce labels or reduce label values), or contact your administrator to see if the limit can be increased
