Add k6 tests for loading testing Postgres DB

All the QP setups in this repo (Docker Composes, Kubernetes, and Terraform) now run the QuickPizza app with a PostgreSQL database by default.

We should add a few k6 tests to demo how to load test databases using xk6-sql or xk6-sql-driver-postgres.
